I used Ryan and Reliable for a full house (including man cave garage) AV system.  Ryan is very knowledgeable about cutting edge technology.  He understands and listens to what you are looking for in an AV system and doesn't try to sell you something you do not need. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!

Ryan (Reliable Tech) provided amazing service from start to finish.  We received a prompt and fair quote.  Ryan was knowledgeable about every aspect of installing audio and visual equipment throughout our house. We ended up installing a home automation system (Elan), built in speakers throughout 75% of the house, security cameras, custom AV rack, TV installation/setup and more.  Ryan was very friendly and walked us through the process from selecting the right equipment, installation to hands on training. Ryan is a true expert when it comes to all things home audio, visual, automation. Very impressed with his knowledge!!

Reliable Tech was courteous and careful throughout the installation process taking extra precaution to keep areas clean, etc. Inviting a stranger to your home to drill holes in the walls and hang up expensive equipment can be very nerve-racking.  We chose Reliable Tech because of the excellent reviews.  Ryan truly cares about customer satisfaction and that meant a lot. He did not try to up-sell but rather offered knowledgeable advice whenever we brought up a question or new idea. He was very patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. Ryan was in constant contact with us throughout the installation making sure we got email/text updates on what was done.
